Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to ensure smooth order processing. In this role, you will call customers for order confirmation, verify addresses, and maintain accurate records, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify shipping addresses.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Handle objections and persuade customers.
- Reduce return rates by ensuring accuracy.
- Track shipments with courier companies.
- Maintain order records via data entry tools.
- Update and manage customer information.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, data entry and Excel proficiency, fluency in English and Urdu, and eCommerce familiarity are preferred.
