Job Description
Join our team at ya-tech as an Urdu-Speaking Customer Care Support Specialist! Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate with departments for follow-up queries
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
