Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and motivated agents for our financial services company located in Sector-I 10/3, Islamabad.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Graduation (Female candidates preferred).
Duty Time: Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, with a commission structure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
- De-escalate customer situations.
- Inform clients about new products and services.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting.
- Review customer accounts.
