Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading inbound customer service provider catering to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate round-the-clock and are currently looking for dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Address service inquiries, complaints, and daily processes efficiently.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with and assist team members as necessary.
- Adjust to various shift schedules to ensure continuous service coverage.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 70,00 to Rs. 80,00, along with additional benefits.
