Job Description
Vivo Mobile Company is looking for a committed Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones returned by customers and distributors. This role requires effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, while also collaborating with management to improve service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mobile phone repairs for customers and distributors.
- Review specialized materials and guidelines for mobile devices.
- Deliver prompt feedback and technical support to customers.
- Assist service consultants during high-demand periods.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
- Excellent coordination and equipment maintenance capabilities.
