Job Description
AA Printers is actively seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Representative to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and address customer needs promptly.
- Establish and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
