Job Description

Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the US, is urgently hiring a Customer Support Executive. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assisting others and are eager to develop their careers in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive and patient demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements: This role is open to recent graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Location: Phase 3, DHA, Lahore. Work hours: 6 PM to 3 AM (Onsite).
