Job Description
Department: Acquisition
Reports To: Team Lead / Acquisition Manager
Kabir Corporation is actively seeking a driven Self Closer to enhance our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. The successful candidate will interact with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls, proficiently finalizing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls to prospective customers.
- Establish a professional rapport with clients.
- Achieve or surpass key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
