Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for job description development, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting. The Recruitment Officer will also be responsible for utilizing strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in job description development
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Prior experience in the digital or technology industry is a plus
• 6 Month to 1 year of experience is required
