Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for our inbound campaign specializing in Cable Internet and Home Phone services. This is an office-based position open to all qualified candidates.
Requirements:
– Exceptional communication skills
– Availability for night shifts
– At least 6 months of experience in a USA-based call center
– Full-time schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
– Competitive salary ranging from $50,00 to $80,00, plus commission and daily bonuses
– Weekends off.
