Job Description
Job Brief:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator for our office located in Johar Town, G4. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and addressing concerns. Responsibilities include conducting follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering client engagement. Additionally, you will update client records in our CRM system and collaborate with various teams to meet client needs effectively.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software are essential.
