Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Internal Audit & Risk. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal audit strategies and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also identify and assess potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors
- Develop and implement an annual audit plan
- Perform risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
- Report findings and make recommendations for corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or related field
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
