Job Description
Daaclay.com, a leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking to urgently fill the position of Customer Care Officer. We invite applications from qualified individuals who are graduates in IT or Commerce and have a strong understanding of internet usage, MS Office, Gmail, and other relevant software applications.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on proficiency in both spoken and written English. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the e-commerce sector.
