Job Description
Join EMPIRE GROUP, the UK’s premier translation and interpretation company, as a full-time Scrum Master in our Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad office. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for coaching team members, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and effectively managing the Product Goal and Backlog.
We invite applicants with a BA/BS/MBA degree, a Scrum Master certification, and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience. A strong grasp of agile methodologies is essential for success in this position.
