Are you an experienced Estimation Engineer with a focus on US practices? Mindwhiz invites you to become a key contributor as a Senior Cost Estimator in our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in the successful execution of various construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive estimates based on project plans.
– Collaborate effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs to propose cost-efficient solutions.
– Oversee tender documentation to ensure bidding precision.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of estimation experience within the US.
– Proficiency in estimation software.
– Excellent communication skills.
