Job Description

THE HRM NAVIGATOR in Lahore is looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Inbound Customer Service Officer to enhance our team. We seek candidates who excel in communication, demonstrate a commitment to customer support, and possess a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
  • Professionally address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer records and perform follow-ups as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
