Job Description
We are looking for a committed and customer-oriented Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative for our dental practice in Canada. This position is responsible for responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and address patient inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments efficiently.
- Offer detailed information on dental services and insurance options.
- Maintain precise patient records and conduct necessary follow-ups.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex matters when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or dental.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and scheduling software is a plus.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
