Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a committed Junior Manager Cold Chain to enhance our cold chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing temperature-controlled logistics, safeguarding product integrity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers.
- Leverage technology for real-time tracking of shipments.
- Train and manage warehouse staff.
- Compile analytical reports to assess operational performance.
Qualifications: A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in cold chain logistics preferred.
