Job Description

Oak Street Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Support Executive to join our team.

As a Systems Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving the technical issues of internal users and remote customers. Your services shall require in-person visits to the client desk and on-call availability for English-speaking customers while working in the office. Your expertise in resolving technical issues and polite communication in guiding customers to operate software will contribute to the good reputation of the company and overall improved user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the seniors in technical systems/network deployments as part of your professional growth.
  • Working as Level-1 support, you shall monitor the IT system performance, disseminate information about any downtime, resolve queries over the phone, and visit workstations to resolve complaints.
  • Improving problem-solving skills to minimize resolution time, automate tasks, and increase user satisfaction.
  • Creating a testbed for the evaluation of various applications/solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience as an end-user IT support service and helpdesk agent using a ticketing system.
  • Relevant training from reputed organizations and/or certifications like ITIL or any ticketing system would be a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS and macOS installation, printer/scanner installation, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, remote assistance applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, BIOS, VoIP phones, biometric devices, etc.
  • Good English communication (written and verbal) with client-friendly services and the potential to learn additional IT skills.
