Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a prominent manufacturer and retailer committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, is on the lookout for a Customer Support Chat Executive to enhance our team. We proudly offer innovative and organic products across our portfolio of over 16 brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing daily inquiries from both staff and customers, necessitating exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in customer service is essential.
This position requires night shift availability from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. We provide a full-time, 24-month contract with a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
