Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about upholding high-quality standards? Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our night shift team.
In this full-time role, you will assess customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat messages, providing valuable feedback and analyzing service metrics. The position operates from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, in addition to one paid leave following the successful completion of the probation period.
