Job Description
As a Social Media and Customer Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service strategy by managing our social media presence and providing outstanding support to our valued customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, customer engagement, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and interactive campaigns to foster community engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer support via social media channels, email, and other communication channels, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
