Job Description
As the Area Sales Manager – Central at PakWheels.com, your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by leading a dynamic multi-city sales team. You will enhance client relationships and uncover new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities encompass coaching and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and representing PakWheels.com at prominent automotive events.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 4 years of experience in direct sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of the automotive industry are essential.
