Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing benefits to facilitate our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job announcements and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Manage sensitive employee records with confidentiality.
- Support training programs and assist with HR documentation.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: In person
