Job Description
We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team at Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on recruitment, and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process is essential.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from onboarding to placement. Collaboration with department heads to assess hiring needs will also be part of your role.
