Job Description
Role Overview:
Digital DirAction is seeking a dynamic and skilled Business & Research Analyst (BRA) to join our team. The BRA will play a crucial role in the development and launch of digital software products. They will work closely with product owners to guide and facilitate the creation of comprehensive business plans, encompassing all aspects of marketing, business development, operations, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preliminary Business Plan Development:
- Collaborators: Product owner, facilitated by BRA.
- Process: Develop an initial business plan, including industry exploration, operations, and tool analysis, incorporating the 5C Analysis framework.
- Detailed Business and Research Analysis
- Process: Assist in refining business plans, conduct in-depth industry and tool analysis, identify gaps, and collaborate with the Solution Architect.
- Gap Identification and Solution Development
- Collaborators: BRA, Solution Architect, Product Users.
- Process: Identify gaps, discuss potential solutions, and strategize product development.
- Financial and Marketing Planning
- Collaborators: BRA, with input from Accountants and Marketing Managers.
- Process: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and financial projections.
- Documentation and Data Management
- Process: Provide documentation templates and ensure data coherence.
- Finalization and Market Launch
- Collaborators: BRA, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Process: Prepare and execute the product launch strategy.
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of business plan development for digital software products.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and the 5Cs analysis tool for market research.
- Effective communication
- Passion for cutting-edge technology trends.
- Young, energetic, and eager to drive innovation in the digital space.
