Position Summary: We are in search of a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter with call center experience. Key responsibilities encompass managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a call center environment
- On-site role with night shift hours (6:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
- Ability to efficiently manage mass hiring efforts
- Strong connections within the industry
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 monthly
