Job Description
Ashraf Products is on the lookout for a seasoned Area Sales Manager to spearhead our distributor network and organizational team in implementing strategies tailored to meet local business demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and motivating the team to achieve both immediate company targets and long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in FMCG, particularly in Confectionery and Snacks.
- Achieve sales targets while effectively managing credit.
- Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies for sustained growth.
- Facilitate brand positioning and support team development.
- Supervise distribution sales force and optimize warehousing practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
