Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Credentialing Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to verify and follow up on provider credentialing documents. You will communicate with healthcare facilities, insurance providers, and licensing boards to ensure all credentialing requirements are met promptly. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all communications and documentation while collaborating with the credentialing team to improve processes.
Please note that this is an onsite position; only applicants residing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are encouraged to apply.
