Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager Client Services with expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). As the Manager Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
You will lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client business and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to client service representatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client services, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of BPO industry practices and trends.
