Job Description

Job Description:
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identifying, recording, documenting, and reproducing bugs.
- Conducting database testing and audit.
- Prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Managing the QA team and conducting team stand-ups.
- Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide testing estimation.
- Ensuring on-time delivery with the required quality.
- Coordinating with Development and Business Analysis teams.
- Setting up and maintaining testing environments.
- Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.
- Investigating product quality and user experience to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring team performance.
- Developing and implementing automated testing solutions to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
- Collaborating with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Regularly updating and enhancing automated test scripts to adapt to changes in application architecture and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent degree and experience.
Job Specifications:
- 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and 1 year of experience in team-leading.
- High-level analytical skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, GitHub, Bug Tracker, Mantis BT, Trac, and JIRA.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Detail-oriented.
- Automation test experience and deep domain knowledge in quality assurance.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
- Good understanding of an Agile SDLC.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
