Job Description
Techsurge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing activities within the Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM) to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing account opening forms, verifying customer requests, and efficiently activating accounts. Maintaining a 99% accuracy rate in processing cases is essential to our team’s success.
Ideal candidates will have up to 1 year of experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of online banking products.
