Job Description
Crossroad Consultants is in search of a strategic and business-oriented Business Planning Manager. The primary focus of this role is to identify and assess new travel-related initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting feasibility and risk assessments, developing business models, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, along with 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or strategic planning. Experience within the education sector is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time; Location: On-site; Salary: Rs 75,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month.
