Job Description

Hammani Tech is an IT services provider with expertise in Web development, Software development, Digital Marketing, and Graphic designing. We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

  • Full-time, Hybrid (Can be made completely remote based on performance)

  • Office Location: PWD Pakistan town phase 2 Islamabad
  • Monday-Friday

Job Description:

  • Analyze project requirements and client specifications to create tailored and persuasive project proposals
  • Bidding on Upwork, freelancer, and guru to generate new business
  • Showcase a deep understanding of the client’s needs and demonstrate how our services can address those needs effectively.
  • Highlight relevant skills, experience, and past projects to build credibility with potential clients.
  • Engage in timely and professional communication with clients through Upwork’s messaging system.
  • Respond to client inquiries, clarify doubts, and provide additional information as needed.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients by demonstrating expertise and a genuine interest in their projects.
  • Maintain well-organized records of all bids, communications, and project details for future reference.
  • Track bid success rates, project conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to assess performance.

Qualifications required:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, with a successful track record of winning projects.(min 6 months)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of various industries, project types, and client requirements.
  • Ability to comprehend technical and project-related information to create accurate proposals.
  • Familiarity with Upwork’s platform, rules, and best practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Selection process:

  • Initial screening (remote)
