Job Description
The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and meeting sales targets within a retail setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs
- Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and replenishing stock
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong product knowledge, and previous experience in retail sales. A proactive and customer-focused attitude is essential for success in this role.
