Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cold Outreach Specialist to enhance our team. In this position, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords through platforms like Zillow. Your primary tasks will include initiating outreach efforts, scheduling meetings with the CEO, and conducting follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by researching rental properties on Zillow.
- Execute cold outreach via phone, email, and text to landlords.
- Qualify leads by evaluating property suitability and landlord interest.
- Coordinate meetings with the CEO.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage CRM tools to track interactions effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
