The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) is a research-led University located in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. The University started as Jamia Abbasia, a religious University, in 1925 and was later declared as a general University in 1975. IUB has multiple campuses and offers 74 disciplines through 45 departments. The University is dedicated to advancing knowledge and imparting Islamic ideology to its new generation of students.
Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails, and organizing files. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for data entry, managing social media accounts, and conducting research.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with social media management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in higher education or administrative support is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
