Job Description
Aura Studio is seeking a meticulous HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Post job advertisements and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and address inquiries.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience and exceptional organizational skills are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
