Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as inbound customer service representatives. As an inbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for taking food orders for American restaurants over the phone, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and their orders are accurately processed. Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and taking food orders for American restaurants.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers as needed.
- Handling POS system to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Analyzing all issues and recommending alternate solutions to ensure effective resolution.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with American cuisine and restaurant menu items is a plus.
