Role Description:
- Identify potential suppliers for apparel and accessories.
- Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, and ethical practices.
- Analyze costs and work to achieve cost savings without compromising product quality.
- Monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BS/MS in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in apparel sourcing, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fashion Brand / Retail background experience.
