Job Description
Confiance is seeking a Head of eCommerce to drive our online sales and develop innovative strategies in this pivotal leadership role. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and align with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for formulating comprehensive eCommerce strategies, conducting thorough market research, implementing website enhancements, managing digital marketing initiatives, and tracking key performance indicators.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is required, along with 5–7 years of eCommerce management experience.
