Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Karāchi office. This is a full-time on-site role that involves providing effective and efficient support to our real estate-focused customers. The role entails dealing with customer queries and complaints through different channels, primarily phone and email. You will provide a positive customer experience by ensuring that customers’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Must)
- Profound patience and empathy, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
