Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing updates to our website and mobile applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining IT equipment across all branches. You will also monitor CCTV and internet connectivity while providing technical support to our staff.
We are seeking candidates with 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and networking. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can effectively address technical challenges.
Location: I-8, Islamabad
Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
