Job Description
Join The-Hiring as a proactive and goal-oriented Assistant Manager – Executive Sales, dedicated to driving our sales team’s success and fostering business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of sales plans, identify and develop business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor sales performance metrics.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred), 2–4 years of proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs 80,00.00 – Rs 100,00.00 per month | Location: In-person
