Job Description
As a Specialist RAN Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our Radio Access Network (RAN). Your responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary enhancements to ensure optimal network efficiency.
You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations, resolve network incidents, and implement preventive measures. In addition, you will be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the network’s performance.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of RAN technologies, extensive experience in network operations, and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in analyzing network performance metrics and utilizing network management tools is also necessary.
