Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Billing
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing Manager to lead our daily billing operations. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of medical billing processes and effective team management skills, ensuring precise claims processing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the billing team
- Ensure timely submission of claims
- Monitor claim denials and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Enforce billing policies and procedures
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 4-6 years of billing experience
