Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in the fast food industry. This dynamic role involves managing kitchen and fast food purchases while adhering to established SOPs. The ideal candidate will handle the procurement of groceries, perishables, packaging, and essential kitchen supplies. Key responsibilities include maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, implementing cost-cutting strategies, ensuring inventory accuracy between SAP and physical counts, and sourcing new vendors for better pricing and quality.
Requirements include a degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in the fast food sector, proficiency in SAP, and exceptional negotiation skills. The salary range for this position is $100k to $130k, along with potential benefits.
