TalentfloHR is seeking a dynamic and data-driven CRM Manager to spearhead our customer relationship management strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing CRM campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee CRM systems and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined communication.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure adherence to data compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management.
- Proficient in CRM software with strong analytical abilities.
