Job Description
Techcreatix is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist with extensive experience in Training & Development (T&D). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions and will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and assessing employee development programs that foster both individual and organizational advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on T&D.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
