Job Description
SavTech Digital is seeking a dedicated QA Specialist to join our team in Phase 8, DHA, Karachi. This full-time position requires availability for the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities: You will review interactions for accuracy, identify performance gaps, provide coaching, collaborate on process improvements, maintain quality standards, generate performance reports, and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 3+ years in Quality Assurance or sales operations. Strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with CRM platforms, and proficiency in QA evaluation systems are essential.
